Submitting Your Event/Activity Proposal

At the Parkdale Village Business Improvement Area (BIA), we're thrilled to open our doors to event proposals that ignite our community's spirit. Whether you're an individual, business, non-profit organization, or part of a community group, we're here for you!

In your submission package, please include the essentials:

• Acknowledgment of the Event Proposal Submission Policy
• Signed Event Proposal Form
• Additional Supporting Documentation

Once completed, please submit your submission package to the BIA Manager for consideration at manager@parkdalevillagebia.com.


Requesting Equipment or Decorations

Whether you're planning a community gathering, a celebration, or any occasion, the Parkdale Village BIA is here to support you. We offer a diverse range of equipment and decorations to enhance your upcoming events. 

To request equipment or decorations, please acknowledge and complete the Rental Agreement & Waiver Form.

Weekdays from 9am-5pm, closed from 12pm-1pm, Subject to change  

Office closed on: New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, August Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Monday, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
